The aim of the project was to provide high-end co-living accommodation for young professionals couples. These rooms were designed to cater for for double occupancy. We took inspiration from a deer that was living in the garden at the time this property was purchased. This concept lended itself to the scandinavian design style.  We focused on bringing it up to date with a modern and functional look and ensured the deer featured in all rooms. We painted the celings a dark colour to give it a moody, more intimate feel and added visual texture with a concrete-look wall mural behind the beds and in the comunal areas for continuity.  This house had lots of interesting nooks which we convered into built-in wardrobes or reading, relax area for the tenants to enjoy.
